The hotel has about 10 rooms and a small restaurant, it is on a plot of approximately 1,500 m?, it is of average quality. It is on sale for 25 million Pesos.- Bare land, adjacent to the right, is landlocked, it has a right of way to access from a small road, without direct access to the sea. The owner could sell it around 2,000 Pesos per m?. But the owner is the cousin of the owner of the small hotel above. He promised to sell this land only to a buyer of the small hotel above.- A bare piece of land, adjacent to the left, along the district road had been put up for sale at 2,500 Pesos per m? 3 years ago. But since the owners have withdrawn the land from the market, they prefer to keep it for their children and grandchildren.- A hotel in front of the property (Tori's Paradise), sea side, was on sale for 180 million Pesos 2 years ago. There was a free hotel manager, a European. The owners of the hotel offered to renew its saleal and management contract by multiplying the amount of the sale by three. The case went to court and was sent to another level. The hotel owner seems sure to win. It maintains its price of 180 million Pesos. A new buyer of this hotel might be interested in buying my property, which has a 60 meter common fence. My property would give direct access to the hot
